Hi, My name is Lucy and I am the founder of the Inclusive Change Academy.

I have been working with individuals and organisations to provide training and support for neurodiversity in the workplace for 5 years now.

In that time I have been asked lots of questions and given plenty of advice about supporting neurodivergent colleagues and employees at work.

I love talking about neurodiversity and answering questions on the topic so much that I have now created this super starter course for anyone wanting to know why it is important for employers to understand more about neurodiversity in the workplace.
